How far are the bolt holes apart, centre to centre, for the CT-3002-Z Ram Straight Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler

The distance between the mounting holes is going to be the same between each one, or between each set. Center on center, they're going to be separated by 3 inches and the mounting holes are going to have a diameter of 1/2 inch. The channel width on the unit, inside edge to inside edge measures 2-1/2 inches.
