can you tell me what the cut out dimensions are? What size hole do I need to make to mount the panel?

The panel for the CTEK Battery-Health Indicator Cable # CTEK56380 referenced in your question requires a 36.8mm by 21mm cutout to mount the panel into place. The panel does include a template in the instructions that you can also use to cut the needed hole.
