There is a difference between the two Firestone Ride-Rite kits which I can outline for you, but I believe you meant F2582 in terms of the fit for a 2015 Ford F-150; F2528 fits Chevy/GM trucks.
The difference between F2582 and the # F2525 that you currently have is that they use different brackets which are compatible with certain years of F-150's, as you noted. For a 2015 Ford F-150, the correct Ride-Rite kit is # F2582. I have sent you the installation instructions for both so you can see the difference in the brackets that both kits use.
I've also added a link to a video review of # F2582 and an install of these springs on a 2015 F-150.
