Question:

Hello, When pulling from opposite sides with the split drum setup, I would need a hook on each end of the cable which would mean threading the cable through the drum and then adding the hook. I was wondering if you sell the hook separately along with the hardware that returns the cable onto itself. Thank you

I attached a picture that shows how a cable is routed through a split drum winch like the part # DL10952 that you referenced. You'll need an extra hook like the part # RM-910031 with a cable like the part # DL24045.

We don't have them but you'll need to then source a loop crimp to attach the cable to the hook.
