Question:

I need a hand crank winch that will pull two things together. The capacity only needs to be about 100 - 200 lbs. It would have a hook attached to both ends.

What you need is a split reel winch like the part # DL10952. This winch will allow you to run a cable in either direction of the spool and will reel both in at the same time. This winch has a capacity of 1,500 lbs which would work well for you even though it's more than you need.

For cable you would want the # DL24100.
