Can you use different wheel holders on the swagman xc2 than the hoop style?

According to our contacts at Swagman, the upgraded wheel hoops found on the XTC2 bike rack, part # S64670 are compatible with their XC bike rack, part # S64650. The part # P318 you referenced includes a right and left hand hoop. You would need two sets for a 2 bike rack.
