Is the 50 amp end rated for 250 volts?

Power Grip RV Power Cord Adapter # CAM55185 is rated for 125 volts across the board. It connects to a 50 amp male plug but is only capable of supporting up to 125 volts. I have linked a video review of this cable for you.
