my trailer has a standard household type 3-prong male plug. Will this allow connection to the RV park's power outlet?

Camco part # CAM55185 is an adapter that mates 50-amp and 30-amp type connectors. If you need a similar product that works on a household-type 3-prong connector you can use # A10-3015HVP which has a female 15-amp connector on one end and a male 30-amp on the other.
