Question:
Hi, If the lid lifter on my Thule Sonic is attached via rivets can it be replaced with part # 14936?

The Thule rivet covers you mentioned are compression fit and would typically fit pretty tightly. If one comes out when installing the # TH14936, you can re-install it or replace it with # 14303. A tiny drop of super glue will help the cover stay in place.
