I want to buy a hitch. I have a beetle convertible 2013 gasoline turbo 1.4l 160 hp what reference do you advise me ? thank you

You want the Curt, part # C11354, for your convertible 2013 Volkswagen Beetle. The other hitch you mentioned, part # C11260, fits the coupe model but not your convertible.

If you plan to use the hitch to carry a cargo carrier, bike rack, or some other non-trailer accessory you also need to use a support strap, part # 18050, in order to be compliant with Curt's warranty.

If instead you'll be towing a trailer with your Beetle, you don't need the strap but do need the recommend ball mount, part # C45521, with pin and clip, part # F-4, and a hitch ball. For a hitch ball use # A-82 for a 2 inch ball or # A-80 for a 1-7/8 inch ball. Then for a wiring harness use # C56380.
