What is the diameter size of the fittings on this? Our motorhome has two tanks with 3-inch fittings on the hoses.

The Camco RhinoFLEX RV Sewer Hose Y Fitting, item # CAM39812, is for standard 3-inch holding tank hoses. This part allows you to empty two holdings tanks at one time into a single hose. Each tank will connect to the Y with its own hose and then the single hose like # D04-0475 connects to the dump station.
