As long as you have a set of fifth wheel rails installed in the bed of your 2016 Toyota Tundra the Andersen Ultimate Connection part # AM3200 can be installed and then attach to your fifth wheel pin box. For a set of rails confirmed as a fit for your 2016 Toyota Tundra you'd want the part # RP50084-58. This is a custom fit rail kit that would minimize drilling when compared to a universal one.

I have a suspension enhancement setup I can recommend for your 2016 Toyota Tundra that is compatible with an in-bed fifth wheel hitch rail kit, but the Firestone kits are not compatible. Best alternative would be the Timbren kit part # TTORTUN4. This will fit with the rail kit, provides support like you are looking for, and doesn't require you to run any air lines or maintain air pressure so it's a bit easier to use/install overall.
