Thank you for the information. I currently have a Curt 20 5th wheel hitch not an 18. My fault...I don’t need an entire new unit with slider but just the slider for the Curt 20. Thanks

The best slider fifth wheel hitch we offer for your 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 with the factory rail kit is the B and W Companion slider part # BWRVK3770. Reese does not have a slider for the GM truck rail kits at this time.

The Companion hitch is considered by most to be the best fifth wheel hitch on the market. We recommend it highly because of that and our own experience with it's durable and reliable design.

First you'd need the Curt GM rail kit adapter part # C16023 and then a Curt slider base part # C16550 for your Curt Q20 hitch. This setup will fit your rail kit and will work well.
