The Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar part # RA960137 can be installed in pretty much any weather that your fingers can still function in. There is not a maximum or minimum temperature range for installation of this product.
All you really need to do to install the light would be first clean the surface you are attaching it to and then carefully take the tape off the back of the adhesive while aligning it between the opening of your tailgate and bumper. Once the light is in place you will want to press and hold firmly for a few minutes. The wires can then be routed to the 4-way trailer connector and secured to the frame using zip ties.
