Question:
Can I use the XTC4 rack on the back of my travel trailer if I use the 2 RV bumper hitch receiver item number E-100 from etrailer?

For a 4 bike rack that is rated for your travel trailer I would recommend Swagman Standard 4 Bike Rack # S64400 as this is the only 4 bike rack we offer at this point that is rated for RV, motorhomes, and travel trailers.
The Swagman XTC 4 Bike Rack # S64665 that you recommended is a very nice rack, but since it is not rated for your travel trailer it would not be a good choice for you.
