Since you are looking to lock your trailer when connected as well as when disconnected, I recommend the Master Lock Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock and Coupler Lock Set - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # 3794DAT. This kit will give you a hitch pin lock for your ball mount, the trigger lock for the trailer when connected or disconnected from you vehicle, and the coupler lock to secure it when disconnected. These locks are all keyed alike for your convenience. I've attached a video to assist.
