Will B&W Companion # BWRVK3400-5W Fit the Factory Rail Kit on a 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500

I have this BandW hitch already and wondering if it will fit a 2018 Chevy 2500 HD with the factory hitch plate already installed? Or is there an 5th wheel to gooseneck adapter I need to purchase. Thanks

The B&W Companion # BWRVK3400-5W that you already have is only compatible with a B&W Gooseneck hitch like part # BWGNRK1016 for your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500.
Since you already have the factory rail kit already installed on your Silverado the B&W Companion you will need is part # BWRVK3770 for a 6-1/2 foot bed, or part # BWRVK3700 for an 8 foot bed.
Even though the head unit, part # BWRVC3006, is the same for your current Companion and either of these options, it would be easier for you to sell your whole 5th wheel hitch and use that money towards a new one than it would be for you to buy either the sliding base, part # BWRVB3770, or the stationary base, part # BWRVB3700, and sell only the base that you currently have.
