Tire Chain Recommendation for Truck Tire Size 285/60R20 and 285/65R20

Hello, Im looking for a set of chains that will fit 285/60R20 and 285/65R20 tires. The chains would be for occasional use on highway driving. The vehicle they will be used on is a 2015 Ram 3500 4wd. Thank you,

The Glacier Twist Link tire chains part # PWH2226SC that you referenced fit both tire sizes you mentioned, 285/60R20 and 285/65R20.
These are twist link chains so they will be a bit smoother when traveling than a square link chain.
Be sure to check the owners manual of your vehicle for more info on tire chain restrictions as well.
