Availability of Inverted Fifth Wheel Head for Gooseneck Application

Question:
Can the main head section of this hitch be used in an inverted position for a gooseneck application? Much like a Holland FW0001 hitch, but would have pivoting ability on two axis. The base frame would not be used and a square tube would be welded to the trailer for installing the inverted hitch.

We have an inverted fifth wheel, part # FW0001 but the Demco you mentioned can't be used like that.
