Carrying Two Genze E102 Electric Bikes on a 2014 Toyota Prius and 2004 Subaru Forester

Question:
I just bought two Genze e102 bikes with stepthru frames, and I have two cars, a 2004 Forester and a 2014 Prius. This rack seems ideal, since the bikes are about 40 pounds without batteries, and I can use 1 1/4 hitch for both cars. Am I right?

I have a solution for you, unfortunately the Malone Pilot Solo won't be compatible with the Class I hitch of the 2014 Toyota Prius.
Instead, I recommend the Kuat Transfer, part # KU74FR. The Transfer offers a lighter, 37 pound U-Bar rack, a more robust ratcheting wheel clamp and a foot operated fold up and tilt away mechanism for easy access to the rear of the vehicle. This rack can carry two 40 pound bikes, so you'll need to remove the batteries every time with this rack.
I've included a video review of both racks so you can compare their features and performance
