For your ST225/75R15D tires on tandem axle trailer, the dual cover I recommend is the Adco Tyre Gard RV Wheel Cover - Double Axle - 27" to 29" Diameter - Vinyl - White - Qty 1 # 290-3923. This cover has a durable water-repellent vinyl with soft inner lining. It has double needle stitching and overlapped seams. It has reinforced grommets to secure with rope of bungee cords.
