Question:
Does Curt hitch C12108 for a 2016 Rav4 block the rear jack point? If so can I use the hitch to jack up the rear of the car?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # C12108 for your 2016 Toyota RAV4 will block the rear jack location. I reached out to the manufacturer and you can use the hitch receiver to jack the vehicle up and then use jack stands to take the weight off the hitch.
