Recommended 2-5/16 Inch Hitch Ball for Tow Ready Pintle Hitch

i have a pintle hitch that accepts a TR63051 and i want to know if i can use a 63052 in it place the shafts are the same but will the top of the hitch lock down properly with the bigger ball?

The Tow Ready 2-5/16 Inch Pintle Hitch Ball # 63052 referenced in your question features the same 1-1/8 inch shank diameter as your existing Pintle Hitch Ball # TR63051, so it will work great as a replacement. This hitch ball also has a shank length of 2-1/4 inches and a weight capacity of 14,000 pounds.
