Best Way to Connect a 4-Way Round Trailer End to 4-Way Flat Vehicle End

Question:

I am looking for the adapter that will take this 4round trailer end to adapt to the 4 wire flat that is on my vehicle without having to rewire. Is there a part available?

The easiest way to get your 4-Way flat vehicle end to connect to your trailer with a 4-Way round is to remove the 4-way round from your trailer and connect the wires to a Draw-Tite 4-Pole Trailer End Connector, part # 18004. This will give you a 4-Way flat on your trailer.

In general, on a trailer, the white wire is the ground wire, the yellow wire transmits the left turn/brake signal, the green wire transmits the right turn/brake signal, and the brown wire is the running lights. I am including a link to a FAQ page on trailer wiring.

I do not have an adapter that will convert a 4-Way flat on the vehicle end to a 4-Way round on the trailer.
