The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat # MA00-05100K referenced in your question includes the white interior trim piece (garnish), insulated electrical connectors and the hardware needed for installation. The only thing you will need to add is some roof sealant # 0160297 and 16 gauge wire like # DW02359-1 if you don't already have it. The wire is sold by the foot so you can get exactly the length you need.
This is a really nice roof vent with fan that will move air in and out of your RV or trailer. The 12V DC, variable-speed fan has 2 modes of operation (manual and auto) and the flush-mounted keypad on the vent will allow you to set the thermostat, fan speed, and direction.
I have attached the written installation instructions along with a short video demonstration that you can also check out.
