Question:
How do you wire this switch for 2018 GMC Sierra, which requires the ground to be removed from the battery while towing. This leaves an ungrounded monitor light circuit.

For installing the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751463 in your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 you can follow the linked wiring schematic, which is also shown in the instructions. The switch's black wires connect to the battery + and to the supplemental braking system monitor wire, using the supplied red and green wires, respectively.
