B and W Companion Slider Recommendation for 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD With Ford Elite Rail Kit

One last question. Will the head assembly from my B&W 18k Patriot fit onto the companion base? Thanks for all your help.

If you have the Reese Elite underbed rail kit part # RP30868 installed in your 2016 GMC Sierra the correct slider B and W Companion is the part # BWRVB3370. This is the kit designed for Ford factory rail kits which are the exact same as the Reese Elite rail kits. The GM rail kit dimensions are much different.

For the whole hitch assembly that includes the slider and the head you'd want the part # BWRVK3370.

Thank you. So I could also use # BWRVB3300 instead of the slider with that rail system correct?

Yes, the # BWRVB3300 slider base will fit the # RP30868 rail kit that also fits your truck. If you have a Companion hitch head already that's all you'd need to be set.

The Patriot and Companion hitch heads are different. If you have a Patriot head currently you'd have to go with Companion hitch that includes the base and the head. So you'd need the part # BWRVK3370 then.
