The trailer hitch that I recommend for you to use on your 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75471. This is a Class III trailer hitch with a 2 inch receiver opening which will allow you to carry a wide variety of accessories. I have attached a video of this hitch being installed on a 2008 Santa Fe that you can use as a reference.
A great bike rack option for carrying 2 bikes is the Kuat Sherpa. This bike rack comes in Gray # SH22G, Black # SH22B, and Pearl # SH22P and can accommodate up to 2 bikes that weigh 40 lbs. It has tilting and folding features plus it comes with a bike and hitch lock to secure your equipment. The wheel mount design can carry any bike frame style that does not have a fender on it.
