Does Installation of the Roadmater RM-765 Auto Battery Disconnect Charge the 2008 Honda CR-V Battery

Question:
the application chart for the various vehicles, indicates that my 2008 Honda CRV is recommended to use the 765. What else do I need, if this is installed, regarding battery charging etc.? Does this eliminate the need to remove fuse #34..the radio fuse?

The Roadmaster Auto Battery Disconnect, item # RM-766, includes all of the parts needed for installation on your 2008 Honda CR-V, and supplies a trickle charge from the towing vehicle to the towed vehicle battery when properly installed.
You will not need to remove the fuse for flat towing if the battery disconnect is installed on your vehicle.
