The one fit restriction that the CIPA door mirrors part # 11650 have is that they won't fit vehicles with plastic body moldings at the bottom of the door. I pulled up pictures of your 2016 Ford Transit 150 and it does have a plastic molding at the bottom of the door so you'd need to go a different route.

Based on the unique shape of the fenders and mirrors the only option that I can see that would work is the CIPA Tow Mirror # CM11980 which clips to the lip above the glass of the mirror housing.
