Transmission coolers are not vehicle specific so you can use any one that will fit in the available space for your 2005 Ford F-150 with 5.4 liter motor including # D13503. This cooler does not take up a lot of space. It is 11 inches wide, 8-3/4 inches tall, and 7/8 inches deep. It comes with hardware to mount it. The hardware is designed to go through either the AC condenser core or the radiator. I have linked a video review for you.
