The 215/75-15 tire that you referenced in your question is not a very common trailer tire size. The closest tire size we have to your existing units is a 205/75-15 tire like the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # TR20515D. This is a very nice radial trailer tire that has a Load Range D of 2,150 pounds at 65 psi. It also features an excellent maximum speed rating of 81 mph.

It will mount to your existing 15 inch wheels as long as they have a 5-1/2, 6 or 6-1/2 inch width (inside where the tire rides). The tire will have just a slightly larger diameter by about 0.2 inches when compared to your current set. If you need both the tire and wheel, I recommend the Provider Radial Tire with 15 Inch Vesper Silver Mod Wheel # MX97FR if you have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
