Recommended Lift of Lippert Ground Control 3.0 6-Point Leveling System on Jayco Pinnacle RV

Question:
I have had nothing but frustration with this system. No matter how I try to pre level the trailer and add blocks under jacks befor initiating level mode, one of the back 4 jacks will stroke out. A man came into park and set up the same trailer as mine but 3 mos newer and his jacks worked great. His 4 rear jacks have so much stroke that he put out no manual extension. I took pictures of his jacks and their pistons seem much longer than mine. Has there been a design change to address the short stroke I experience?

There have not been any changes in the system, so there is a chance your jacks aren't working properly. The rear jacks should have 12-1/2 inches of travel and the front jacks should have 36 inches of travel on your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w/ Touchpad and Remote # LC358590. The picture you attached does look like the jacks are mounted as high as they can go, so that is also a possible adjustment available on your system. We only carry the 4 point system, but they use the same components in the 6 point system.
