Question:

I have a 2012 HD2500 with a 6.5inch lift with 35inch tires. Can i haul a 35foot 5th wheel toy hauler without the bed height being an issue.

In order to tow a 5th wheel trailer with your 6-1/2 inch lift, you would most likely need to have a raised 5th wheel trailer. Although you can raise a trailer a few inches, that much of a lift would not be wise or safe.

You can raise your trailer safely using an over-under conversion like # K71-384-00 or # K71-385-00 for 3 inch axles. This will raise your trailer a little more than the diameter of your axle. With this, your hitch may have the adjustability with your pin box to come close. You just want to make sure you have clearance from the bed rails to the trailer of 5-6 inches to allow for suspension travel. You also want to make sure your 5th wheel is being towed level.
