Question:
Need to buy some things from you. Ive got a 2005 Toyota sienna with a Curt Class III - 2 Item # C13105 hitch installed. What ball mount, ball, and hitch pin do you recommend for towing med load trailers such as a typical 5x8 or 5x10 trailer or small boat. I am not sure what rise would cover my needs. I would also like to buy the air 1000 airbags which I hear work well. Thanks

In order to choose the correct ball mount for your 2005 Toyota Sienna you would want to measure from the ground to the top of your hitch receiver tube opening and from the ground to the bottom of the coupler on your trailer while level. The difference between the two measurements will give you the correct amount of rise/drop you will need to look for in a ball mount. I have attached a help article that will walk you through this process as well.
The most common ball mount used for this application is the Curt Ball Mount part # C45230 which offers up to 2-3/8" of rise and 3-5/8" of drop. For a receiver lock that will work well with this ball mount, I recommend the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock part # e98880. You will also need a hitch ball and for that, part # 40038 for a 2" hitch ball or part # C40007 for a 2-5/16" hitch ball would be correct.
For a set of airbags I recommend the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F4155. These airbags will do an excellent job of providing extra support for your existing rear coil springs. I have attached an installation video of them installed on a 2006 Toyota Sienna for you as well.
