I believe your tires use the old Inch size rating that was used in the 1960s and 1970s. I believe it is an 8.55-14. You will need to measure your tire to be sure. The 14 would indicate that the tires are on 14 inch wheels. The width should be about 8-1/2 inches wide.
The closest modern tire is going to be a 215/75-14 like # AM1ST90. This tire sits on 14 by 6 inch wheels, has a width of 8.4 inches and an outer diameter of 26.3 inches. If his matches your existing tires, then the Loadstar ST215/75D14 Bias Trailer Tire, # AM1ST90, will fit.
