If you just need tires, I recommend the Kenda Loadstar ST185/80D13 bias trailer tire Item # AM1ST79. it is a top-quality bias tire made for trailers that exceeds DOT standards. This tire has the durability and stability of a radial tire. You mentioned that you have 6-ply tires and these are 8-ply but will this not be an issue. It fits 13 inch wheels and has a maximum load of 1,710-lbs at 65 psi.
Before making a choice, check dimensions on trailer and determine needed weight capacity to make sure your needs are met.
