Are the backing plates and bolts/nuts available independent of the recessed hook unit?

The backing plate for the Recessed Trailer D-Ring Tie Down, # RR5K, is available separately. It is part # BP05. The installation hardware is not available separately, but it can be obtained at a local hardware store. It uses 2-1/4 inch long 3/8 inch carriage bolts, matching nuts, and lock washers. You would need 4 of each.
