Will the rampage 6 function light bar work and how much splicing is necessary?

The Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar # RA960137 doesn't have a specific fit list but as long as you have room for it under your tailgate and above your bumper it would fit and work well. It would pretty easily just plug into a trailer 4-way connector like what you truck has so no splicing would be needed.
The rear camera on your truck is in the tailgate handle so it wouldn't be an issue at all.
