I previously asked a question. It look like there are two different types of handle connections. Which will work with my wheel. The suggestion sent to me looks like a ratchet handle.

Your handle has to ratchet right? Looking at that picture I can't see how the handle could make full rotation with the metal rails around it. What is in the picture is definitely a # DL10786 with what looks like the ratchet handle replacement part # DL70346.
