Looking at #EQ95-01-5540. Are these sold each? Do you have a pair? Also do the #EQ95-01-5150 jackets fit these brackets?

The Replacement Sway-Control Bracket for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution # EQ95-01-5540 referenced in your question includes one L-bracket, L-pin with clip, inner and outer link plates, and the necessary hardware. If you need two, you will just need to order two of the replacement brackets. These are not currently available as a pair.

The Sway Bracket Jackets # EQ95-01-5150 also referenced in your question are designed only for the Equal-i-zer weight distribution systems that are rated for 6,000 to 14,000 pounds. These will not work with the above mentioned L-Brackets, as they are designed for the 4,000 pound system. I did confirm this with my contact at Equal-i-zer.

If you are getting a lot of noise with your existing system, make sure that you are lubricating the sockets, top and bottom on the outside of the brackets. This should help with any noise you are experiencing. There are no bracket jackets available for the 4,000 pound Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System.
