Question:
When you mention To find the right fit, measure your hose diameter, and then choose a compression fitting that matches the diameter of your hose. We have one for a 3/8 Line # D13032, a 5/16 Line # D13031, and a 1/2 Line # D13033. Are you talking about inside diameter I.D or Outside O.D. of the lines to be cut? I measured the outside and it is .507 using a caliper. I dont know what the inside will be. Also, what size hose come with the radiator kit? If I need the 1/2 compression fitting will the barbed end fit in the hose? I have a 2012 ford expedition that does not have an auxiliary transmission cooler it is integral in the radiator and is rated to 6000 #s tow as it is. I hope to get a little more with the cooler. Any thought on this? the drive train is the same as the the ones rated for 8700# just doesnt have the HD transmission and radiator cooler. In other words it has everything else, i.e. sway control, break control harness, 7-pin, class IV receiver, tow/haul feature, etc.

You have to measure inside diameter. In most cases the two sizes are 3/8 and 5/16 inch especially on a vehicle like yours.
Instead of using those adapters though we have the part # D13025 which will fit in place of the fittings on your radiator to connect to the cooler lines of a cooler like the part # D13503 which would work great. The hose that comes with this is 5/16 inch.
