Would this be the correct coupler for a 2001 thuro bilt 2 horse slant bumper pull trailer? If you could also recommend a jack that would be awesome!! Thank you!

I looked up pictures of the 2001 Thuro Bilt trailer you said you have and they have an a-frame with an interesting angle, but the part # BD028499 does seem to be mounted on top of it so this would work.
Then for a jack a top wind jack like the Pro Series part # PS1400600303 would work well as that's also what's used in all of the pictures I saw. If you wanted a wheel caster you'd also want the part # PS1400750340.
