Solution for Lost Keys for a Adjustable Diversi-Tech Ball Mount

Question:
We have this adjustable hitch and lost the keys to it. The sticker that had the model info on it is faded to white. Is there any other way to find out which model this is? And how do we order replacement keys for it?

Since you are unsure of what the key number was for your Diversi-Tech ball mount you will need to use the Re-Keying Kit for DTLBM and DTALBM Series Self-Locking Aluminum Ball Mounts # DTLBM02RK.
This kit comes with 2 replacement lock cores and 2 keys that correspond to the lock cores. I have attached a video of the installation process for you to reference.
I recommend putting one of the keys in a safe place once you receive the kit as well as writing down the key numbers in case you were to misplace the keys again. Once you know the key number you can simply order a replacement key by typing in "DTKEYR" followed by the key number into our search box.
