For your 2017 Newmar 3911 with a Ford F-53 chassis, I highly recommend the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer # RM-RBK22-RSSA. This is a steel spring which works by continually correcting the steering on your motorhome as it gets pushed in one direction or another, as often happens during highway driving.

It is a very popular option for the Ford F-53 chassis and has gotten consistently high ratings by those who have used it, as you can note in the reviews section of the Reflex Stabilizer's product page.
