Question:
What hub face measurement would you recommend for a trailer the maximum width 102 using a 7k axle and 10 inch fenders? Frame width? Thanks

We don't have a through axle anywhere near the length you mentioned for the width of your trailer. That would be a custom application for sure as manufacturers often have the 89 inch hub face to hub face as the longest measurement. Most states have a maximum width of 8 feet 6 inches, so I recommend you confirm with your state requirements. There will also be lighting requirements if over 80 inches.
For your custom application, I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle w/ Brake Flange - Regular Tires - 7K # TASR7KS01 which will allow you to simply add a 2 inch square tube cut to whatever length you need to integrate into the holes of this suspension system. This system is able to be used in tandem applications if desired and has the EZ lube spindles.
The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 12" - 8 on 6-1/2 # 42866UC3-EZ will work with these spindles and you will also need the brake assemblies # 23-464-465.
If you need further recommendations, or have more questions, let me know.
