Is it just a roof vent cover you are looking for? If so, I have linked the page to your options which will be based on the hinge style present on your assembly. I've attached a photo of the 4 style options to assist.
If you are looking to replace the current vent completely, then I recommend the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent - Manual - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" - White - Birch Trim # V2092SP-25. For this installation, I recommend the Installation Kit # 344270KITW and I've attached a video to help with the installation.
If you are looking for some other type of vent, please let me know.
