Replacement Wheel Hoops for Swagman XC Platform Bike Rack
Question:
Swagman XC2 wheel hoops. Parts diagram shows P198 and P189 Wheel Hoops. I need two hoops for left side of my rack which would be P198. You show P189 only. Can I use P189? Please advise.
