Question:
I would like to know if the LG440NP light guard will work with the ST8RB and ST9RB lights? The description calls out the 440 lights but I dont see them on your website.

The Redline Light Guard # LG440NP referenced in your question is designed to fit the Peterson Square Trailer Tail Light # 432400 and # 432200, however it can also fit other tail light assemblies.
The Optronics Tail Lights # ST8RB and # ST9RB that you also mentioned feature very similar dimensions to the above Peterson assemblies and will absolutely work with the Redline Light Guard. The guard itself has an inside dimension of 5-1/2 inches wide, 5 inches high and 3 inches deep. This will easily accommodate the Optronics units and the 2 inch mounting holes on the light will also line up with those on the Light Guard.
I have attached video demonstrations on these products that you can also take a look at.
