Question:
Im currently working out of the state that your product was sent to, Ill be returning home this week-end and I hope to get the package that was delivered and install those items on my trailer. Once I have installed them I will be happy to write a review of your product. While I have your interest, I would like to ask you a question and ask for your advice. My trailer travels too close to the ground and drags on my rear skid plates on the rear corners of my trailer when I pull into a driveway. Is there any kind of spacers or lift extensions I can install to my leaf springs to get my trailer higher, possibly 2.5 to 3 inches higher? If you have some ideas or if you could send me a video to watch and see if it would work for me I would appreciate it, thank you!!!!

For your trailer that drags when pulling into a driveway, I first recommend looking into skid wheels like the Ultra-Fab Skid Wheels # UF48-979011. These sturdy steel wheels will attach to the rear of your trailer to help prevent the tail from dragging when backing up or going up your driveway. You will simply weld the included brackets to your trailer and then bolt the skid wheels to the brackets. These are designed for low-profile trailers or motor homes that are up to 30 feet long.
If you would rather not install skid wheels, another option is to use an Over-Under Conversion Kit like # K71-385-00 for 3 inch axles or # K71-384-00 for 2-3/8 inch axles. This kit will allow you to move the leaf springs on your trailer to the top of the axle, essentially lifting the trailer the width of your axle tube and leaf spring stack. These are for use with double-eye springs only. All of the needed hardware is included.
I have attached a couple of demonstration videos on these products along with the installation instructions that you can take a look at.
